Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If the order is damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing us at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. Include your Order Number and a short message about the issue. Once we hear from you, we’ll email step-by-step return instructions.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem—

  • Cancel within 24 hours (and before the order ships): You’ll receive a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can still return the item after it arrives.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return and confirm everything’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–15 business days.

  • If it's been more than 30 days, just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Return Guidelines
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If returned items are in unsellable condition, a refund may not be issued, and shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Timeline & Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Saturday (Pacific Time).

  • Shipping transit time is typically 0–7 business days, with delivery expected in 1–10 business days total.
